Printed Page is donating children’s books to East Denver FISH, a food bank that delivers to needy local families. If a family can’t get to a food bank, they probably can’t get to a library, either, yet books in the home are the biggest single contributor to a child’s academic success. Traci Sanders, a children’s bookseller at Printed Page, sorts all donations by age group so that it’s easy for the food baggers to match books with ages of food recipients. If you’d like to donate children’s books, just drop them by the store.
